Generally, it depends! If the product is low or out of stock, then the order will most likely take a little longer as we make sure your product is perfect. We quote everyone a week to process, 4 weeks to create if need be, and then 3-7 days for shipping! Depending on what you order, you may wait around a month. However, sometimes you may only wait a week! Each item is handcrafted, so we do ask for patience while we work hard to make everything perfect for you! For a more specific timeline, send us an email!
Great question! It may take as long as our team needs to get caught up with other orders. However, if there is a product you want that is out of stock, email us! We may be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline.
You have 7 business days after receiving your product to communicate with us that you would like to return or exchange your item! If it is more than the 7 days, you can still contact us, but returns or exchanges will be made and our discretion.
