How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, it depends! If the product is low or out of stock, then the order will most likely take a little longer as we make sure your product is perfect. We quote everyone a week to process, 4 weeks to create if need be, and then 3-7 days for shipping! Depending on what you order, you may wait around a month. However, sometimes you may only wait a week! Each item is handcrafted, so we do ask for patience while we work hard to make everything perfect for you! How long will it take for something to come back in stock?

Great question! It may take as long as our team needs to get caught up with other orders. However, if there is a product you want that is out of stock, email us! We may be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline. 

What is the return policy?

You have 7 business days after receiving your product to communicate with us that you would like to return or exchange your item! If it is more than the 7 days, you can still contact us, but returns or exchanges will be made and our discretion. 

Can I order custom pieces?

Yes! You can fill out a commission request form here! You should hear from a member of our team within 3-5 business days.
